Seeing these views can really bring on an appetite. The Pike Place Market is a great way to eat and tour the area. Opening in 1907 it is one of the oldest continuously operated public Farmer’s Markets in the US. Overlooking the Elliot Bay and Puget Sound it is Seattle’s most popular tourist destination. For about $63 per/person you can take a walking tour that includes the true feels of the market and the array of deliciously famous foods.

The Great Wheel located on Elliott Bay was the tallest Ferris wheel on the west coast when it opened in June 2012. The Ferris Wheel has 42 climate-controlled gondolas which can carry up to eight passengers.

Have an extra day with the kids, check out the Seattle Aquarium.  Located on Pier 59 on the Elliott Bay waterfront, this aquarium promoted marine conservation and educates over 800,000 visitors each year.  


Looking for something a little more romantic?  Check out the town of Woodinville.  Hosting 130 wineries, more than 50 restaurants, a host of breweries, shopping and more, this town is perfect for a little “adult time”.  Take a morning walk along the Sammamish River, dine on brunch in the Hollywood district or enjoy some quiet time in a cozy bed and breakfast.
